The Sabores do Vez – Fumeiro Tradicional, Lda. company, has its facilities located in Mogueiras, in Tabaçô, parish in Arcos de Valdevez county and has as its main objective the production of quality sausages and smoked meats in order to maximize local resources found in the rural Alto Minho territory and specifically of Arcos de Valdevez, particularly in terms of adding value to local products, contributing to economic growth and job creation in the region.
To this end, we aim to honor the traditional methods of manufacture, and also obey all hygiene requirements and food quality control required by law.
The production of quality sausages and smoked meats is based on the traditional recipes and know-how of the Lands of Valdevez and the Peneda – Gerês National Park and are the very essence of the company.
The aim is also to create a high quality image of products from the areas so that the Lima Valley and in particular Arcos de Valdevez, are recognized, providing a growing appreciation of the territory and its products.
The link between the quality of raw materials, traditional knowledge production, with modern facilities and the use of technologically advanced equipment, will develop top quality products and excellent, distinctive flavors, which are expected to satisfy consumer tastes.

Mission: Provide our customers with quality food products with the characteristic flavors of the Lima Valley region and in particular of Arcos de Valdevez.

Vision:To be, within 3 years, a reference in the Valley of Lima, in the traditional knowledge production of sausages and smoked meats, promoting and enhancing the endogenous resources of the region, drawing on the finest raw materials and ancestral recipes that differentiate the territory as a central part of the Peneda-Gerês National Park.
